Hello, I would need help regarding the analytics section for the products. I noticed that some products don’t have the associated SKU code and have the word “eliminato” (deleted) in parentheses at the end. How does this impact sales? The specific product I’m looking for in the current products is a variant. I tried restoring all the data to see if it was an error, but it persists. There are more than one products with this “error.” I just want to understand what might be causing it and if it’s possible to hide/delete them if necessary.

The e-commerce platform uses a daily import of products with many variants. I’ll attach a screenshot, thanks.

    Hello @simone89

The word “Deleted” appearing next to some of your products in the analytics section indicates that these items have been deleted from your product catalog, but don’t worry, it won’t directly affect your current sales. However, it might impact your analytics if you’re trying to track sales performance over time.

Regarding the variant you’re trying to find, there are a couple of possibilities. It’s possible that the variant has also been deleted, or maybe the SKU for that variant wasn’t included during the import process.

As for the issue with the variant you’re trying to find, it’s possible that the variant has also been deleted, or perhaps the SKU for that variant wasn’t included in the import.

To make things easier for you, you can hide or delete these products from your analytics by filtering them in the analytics section. However, please keep in mind that this won’t remove the historical sales data associated with these products. If you want to completely remove these products and their associated data, it would require manual deletion from your database. This process can be a bit complex, so we recommend seeking assistance from a developer if you’re not familiar with database management.

Lastly, since you’re using a daily import for your products, it’s possible that there may be some inconsistencies or errors during the import process that are causing these issues. It would be great if you could take a look at the import logs for any errors or warnings.
