Analytics Does Not Connect

@danielarteagawpinb Thanks for reporting, hopefully we’ll get to the bottom of this issue. I don’t see any Analytics code on your site at present. Can you try connecting Analytics with another theme active, using a browser incognito window?

@jamesosborne Just purged cache again. Tried Ingonito as well. Re pasted Site tag in header.php.

Still no luck. Just says Complete Activation and Re-Fetch my account does not work.

@jamesosborne forgot to mention, also switched theme.

@danielarteagawpinb Thanks for the update. Do you mind sharing the following so we can troubleshoot further:
– Your Site Health information
– Any console errors which appear after clicking on the “Refetch my account”
– The XHR response when you click on the “Refetch my account”

Can you also confirm that you have setup Site Kit with the same personal Google account which you have that Analytics property setup with.

@jamesosborne I redid everything and it works now.

Trashed the Analytics property (it was new) and now it is all good.
