    Hello,

analytics were receiving data just fine but a few days or weeks ago it stopped and Google says missing eCommerce data. I checked the option Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ (Optional) and I am waiting to see if data starts to flow. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Same here, eCommerce data is missing in Analytics. It stopped all of a sudden a few weeks ago. Any changes you guys made to the plugin that might cause this?

Similar story with one of my sites. If “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ (Optional)” is checked then I’m able to receive data into GA however the tracking code is firing twice which will result in double stats. If I uncheck this option then no ecomm data is received in GA.

    Hi @alfonsberger & @dusza,

    Thank you for contacting us!

We have implemented the new GA tracking method “Global Site Tag (gtag.js)” in the new version of our plugin so now you need to remove the legacy UA script in case you have implemented it manually on your store.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks & Regards,

P.S: We have already mentioned this in the Description, FAQs & Documentation of our plugin with all the necessary notes so it’s better that verify the details first. It will save your time

Hello, analytics data dropped on 12th of March for my store, and I was trying to figure our what was the problem, and guys from GADWP told me that I need to use gtag.js instead of universal analytics.

So I installed tag via Google Tag manager and currently I still don’t get ecommerce data to GA.

Here is your plugin settings – https://www.dropbox.com/s/zp0sub6em3hjl1w/GA.png?dl=0
Here is GADWP settings – https://www.dropbox.com/s/5f68q7rblkem9wy/GADWP.png?dl=0

Is there anything I’m doing wrong? How should I setup Google Tag to work properly?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

Guys from GADWP told you to use gtag.js ( global site tag) not the GTM (GTM & gtag.js both are different) from their plugin & keep the option “Add Global Site Tracking code gtag.js” disable from our plugin.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks & Regards,
