Analytics Download Slow or Incomplete

I’m using WooCommerce 6.8.2 on WordPress 6.0.2, and I’m having significant trouble generating and downloading order and customer reports for external tax purposes. When initially requesting a download of orders for this quarter from Analytics > Orders, woocommerce_admin_email_report_download_link will claim to have fired after a few seconds, but after checking the mail logs, no email has been sent, and no other errors are logged or reported. This isn’t repeatable, and has no reliable frequency: sometimes it never happens and sends the email right away, sometimes it refuses to send at all.
Next, the exported CSVs offer no help in determining how much they contain. Initially the appeared to be restricted based on new of entries in the search page (25, 50, 75, etc), only exporting the first 50 results, but then after increasing the results page to 100, only products that were still active in the store were still in the CSV: the export ignored any products that were deleted from the storefront, despite them still being orders fulfilled during this period.
Both of these issues have seriously hampered my ability to properly report tax information. Is there a better process that would allow me to export all of these orders for an arbitrary date, without it being restricted to just 50 entries, or only products still available in the store? For the moment I’ve had to manually create these CSVs to accurately report sales during this period.

woocommerce_admin_email_report_download_linkdoes download a larger .csv this time, but still not the complete .csv (forcing the download gives exactly 311 rows, the expected report should contain 409). These missing items are always in a block – attempting to recover the missing entries by selecting exactly this space and trying the download manually again invariably still misses entries – an expected export of 59 entries downloads 49, an expected export of 20 entries only downloads 12.
