    Dear Scott,

    Here’s how you can add Google Analytics Goal tracking code for a form. Since the form redirects to itself after submition, so you will need to first create a post/page with your “Thank you” note and set the form to be redirected to it from Form Options > Actions after submissions.

    After that if you place the Google Analytics code to both pages, you will achieve what’s necessary for you.
