Analytics integration

    Hi,
    analytics can’t register order with this plugin.
    I see the visit but not the order.
    If i disable the plugin, analytics works fine.
    I have analytics plugin integration.
    Thanks for help ??

  • Hi @giacomopapasidero,

    This definitely sounds like a conflict with either the theme or another plugin. Can you change your theme to Storefront or TwentySeventeen briefly (if it is not already) and disable your plugins except the Analytics and Checkout Gateway then see if it works? If it does, re-enable each plugin a set at a time, and then re-enable your theme until you see what the cause is.
