Hi, the WooCommerce product analytics area is not working.

If the date range is more recent it works, but still comes up with the ‘There was an error getting your stats. Please try again’ message every now and again.

However, if I make the date range older to include 2019 – 2023, it will not bring up the data no matter what. It will just keep saying the error message.

Please advise, I am unable to permanently delete old products until I have downloaded the sales data and we cannot do that with the required data range right now.

  • Hi @carriekay

So sorry to hear about this.

As a first step, try clearing the Analytics cache from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache, let us know if this works.

If the issue is not resolved:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
