So this has been a headache for a long time now.

    It says

“With the release of WooCommerce 4.0, these reports are being replaced. There is a new and better Analytics section available for users running WordPress 5.3+. Head on over to the WooCommerce Analytics or learn more about the new experience in the WooCommerce Analytics documentation.”

Yet the reports are the only thing showing any sales for the month and none of the data from the previous months matches between the two areas in the dashboard. And, the WC widget is showing zero sales for the month.

How do we get this resolved?
As developers, what to we tell our clients?
If the 2 systems can’t even match, is the data even accurate that is showing?

    Help

Thank you for the quick response.
I’m really hoping to resolve this issue soon as the client is having a “what the hell?” moment.

The 3rd party plugin was only installed to try and actually get some reports.
We get the same exact results as in the photos without the 3rd party plugin installed.

The dashboard widget – Shows 1 pending sale for the day but $0.00 in sales

The reports area – Shows sales numbers

    Hi there @effortlessenglishclub ??

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

Could you please clarify, how the analytics settings look like at the moment (documentation linked here, for reference)? Any excluded statuses, that need not to, perhaps?

Furthermore, when WooCommerce 4.0 is installed (or the WooCommerce Admin plugin) the new Analytics functionality needs to process the historical data in order to populate new Report pages. This is not done automatically – extremely large or high volume stores might want to schedule a maintenance window in which to import their historical data.

Just to be sure, was such an import of historical data made, or reset to defaults?

Also, was the cache cleared, as the figures displayed in the reports differ from the actual figures on the website?

Once I hear back from you, I will be happy to investigate this further.
