Analytics not tracking

    i have site kit installed for both google analytics and search console. when i login to google analytics and use the “test my site” feature, it says its installed. Yet I have a notice saying its not connected and the site kit dashboard says I have yet to have visitors. But the search console data shows I have a bunch of clicks and impressions. Can I get some help/insight on why this is happening?

    Hi @jes5970 thanks getting in touch and for sharing the information so far. When checking your site on https://tagassistant.google.com/ I can see 2 separate Analytics tags being captured. One of these is the one being placed by Site Kit which I can see is being placed successfully from your site source code. Could you first check that you are selecting the right Analytics property for Site Kit to place?

    Could you also please share the following and I can take a closer look at this for you:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Any screenshots of your Site Kit dashboard and what you see in Analytics. You can share these to the private form if you wish.
    3. Do you see any errors on the Site Kit dashboard? What is the exact message you see in the Analytics section?

    Once you have shared the above I can help you further with this. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Hi,

    I have a similar problem. In my shop imperiumwlosa.pl analytics were displayed normally until around September 4, then all visits are shown as 0 but I have visitors in GSC and ads.

    I also ask for help.
