The recent regulation on discontinuing universal analytics and replacing it with GA4 made the analytics in the sitekit plugin stop displaying its analytics reports.

I’ve been looking for a solution for months on the internet, especially the existing google help guide, but it didn’t work and only confused me.

Basically this report just doesn’t show in sitekit plugin but the analytics report on the google analytics website directly for GA4 it received the latest report but for the UA there is no report/data 0, maybe I think the UA report stopped displaying analytics when update universal analytics deprecation.

But strangely, the analytics on the google search console is also not problematic, it still displays its reports every day.

So, how to get GA4 analytics to show up in the sitekit plugin?

    GA4 image display:

Analytic image display on sitekit plugin:

Analytical image display on google search console:

*note: I use the litespeed cache plugin

Hi @blackeater Thanks for getting in touch. Currently, Site Kit only supports the display of UA data and not yet GA4 within it’s dashboards. You can find out more information on this in our Using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) guide.

Here you will also find our GitHub issue for further GA4 work so please feel free to follow this for future updates on GA4 within Site Kit.

You can quickly jump to your Analytics account from the Site Kit dashboard by clicking on the Source: Analytics quick link which will take you to your account where you will be able to view your GA4 data.

It looks like you only currently have a GA4 property connect to your site which is why your stats are displaying as 0 in Site Kit. As mentioned you can jump to your Analytics account to check your GA4 data. Please feel free to follow for updates on GA4 reporting within Site Kit.

Hope this helps to answer your question but please do let me know if there’s anything else I can answer or help with.

Well I see now, it’s apparently not implemented in Site Kit for GA4 yet. Yes I hope the display for GA4 can be implemented in Site Kit soon.
