Analytics Numbers Discrepancies – How to fix?

Analytify has been installed on our site for a few months – free version until we know it’s useful enough for pro. For the past week or so, the dashboard widget no longer shows real-time updates. It’s like it freezes traffic numbers at some point in the morning and numbers do not update during the rest of the day. Sometimes, numbers will be updated the next day, sometimes they do not update. It’s now making me wonder if any numbers are accurate.

Why is this happening?

Also, there are many discrepancies between dashboard numbers and “stats of this post/page.” Many pages show “0” or far lower numbers than the dashboard report shows. In addition, the WordPress dashboard widget and the Analytify dashboard show different things. Right now the WordPress dashboard widget shows the number that’s “frozen” in the morning and doesn’t update all day, and the Analytify dashboard shows “0” for everything and “no activity.”
