Analytics – Report email issue

Hello, we’ve run into a weird issue while exporting reports from the Analytics section.
We can successfully export a max of 92 days (example: July 1 through September 24) and the email is sent as expected, and it’s logged in our SMTP email log.

But anything more than that and the email does not send. The processes show up in the Scheduled Actions as completed normally, but no email is logged in our email log and of course doesn’t get to our inbox.

So if we choose to view the previous quarter (3 months) and try to download the CSV, we get the notification that it will be emailed but it never happens. We’ve found that we can work around this by manually selecting 2 months, downloading that CSV, then selecting the missing month and downloading that CSV.

Hoping you may have an idea why this is happening.
