    Hi,

    We are using WC 7.0.

We’ve tried downloading analytics revenue report on our 2 WooCommerce sites. It said the reports would be emailed (without saying to who, I had to Google to realize they were going to be sent to site admin).

Then the emails were sent to a particular admin and we have 3 admins in total. We don’t understand why emails were sent to that admin because the email address of the site admin configured in settings is a different admin.

Aren’t the emails supposed to be sent to the address configure in the Settings -> General Settings -> Administration Email Address?

How do I configure which admin receive these emails?

    Thank you,

    Mike

  • Hi @miikewordpress

Can you please make sure you verify the email that you added in the WordPress Settings? WordPress will not change the admin email address until you verify the email.

With the analytic reports, those will be emailed to the user who is the main Administrator of the site. Looking at the Analytics settings, I’m not seeing any options which would allow for the configuration of additional users those reports could b sent to.
