This is not a feature of WooCommerce core however, it can be achieved with the Sales report by country extension:

You can also use this extension from the WordPress repository:

As well as:
https://woocommerce.com/products/taxjar/
This includes jurisdiction-Level reporting, this last one is a premium extension and you will be able to make pre-sales questions to make sure it will fit your needs.
