Analyzing query monitor stats

Ok i have custom made theme. And i mgetting max_user_connection error from my host. Beacuse it has 10 max user connection. But i want to test is there any problem with my script themes.
When i viewing query monitor from admin area its getting 30-50 quieries average and 1-2 slow queries sometimes. I cant access query monitor from frontpage because i disabled it.
Also i didint get it its result. Is it showing whole website total queries or not? is 30-50 quieries hight enought to crash mysql server?
