anchor in menu

il would like have anchor in a page, i use for this the insert possibility of tinyMCE advanced and it include in the page .

Now i would like to go to this anchor by the menu and i create a link menu with web adress https://urlofthepage#ancre2

but its doesnt work !

somebody have experience or idea with this

is it necessary to select smooth scroll in customizr options ?
