Anchor in SiteOrigin editor

I would like to link from page A to a part of the text on page B. This can be done by an anchor as I learned on the internet.

I’m using Pagebuilder and site Origin bewerker (editor in English).

Can somebody explain to me how this should be done with these two parts of SW?
