There are two buttons with an anchor link on the page h[ redundant link removed ] (Subscribe Now!) works perfectly. However, the one in the middle of the page (Sign up today!) scrolls slightly up or down from where this button is positioned instead of further down to the actual anchor point. Both buttons use the exact same anchor link. We tried applying the Elementor Canvas, to confirm it isn’t a page template issue. It is happening in all 4 major browsers.

  • Hi,

    Try this guideline:

Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
Check the issue from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out the possibility of browser addon conflict.
