Anchor link in menu jumps to frontpage instead of content

Hi,

on my homepage I have several pages. One of it (“service”) consists of different parts so I set some anchors to browse there directly.
For example “<div id=”contact”></div>”.

Now I made a menu with some items that point to these anchors by using the “links”-opportunity. In the link-field I wrote the anchors with the whole URL (such as “www.example.com/service/#contact”).
When I’m on another page and click on such an item it works perfectly.
But when I’m on the “service”-page where the anchors are defined I always jump to the frontpage and in the address bar there is a URL like “www.example.com/#contact”. It just throws the “service” away.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Btw, I use the theme “Versatile”.
