Anchor link in menù responsive

Hello. Sorry for english.
I have added an anchor link in main menù. It work’s fine in desktop browser, but in mobile, whene menù collapse, link won’t works.

The anchor link is in this way: <div id=”contact”>;[contact-form-7 id=”58″ title=”Contact”]</div>

menù link is this: [Non-WordPress site redacted]
