anchor link jpeg to text on different page

Hello! Is it possible to link a jpg to text on another/different page. I am not html literate so I am using the “super editor” buttons. If it is possible can someone steer me in the right direction of a tutorial or give me some hints? I have been playing with this for a week and I am almost at the end of ideas to try.
