Anchor Links Do Not Work on Portfolios

I tried using anchor links on the portfolio pages. However, when loading the page one is first redirected to the anchor correctly but then it jumps to the footer once the page is fully loaded. This does not happen on regular pages. Any ideas what might be the problem here?

Interestingly, this does not happen when I manually type in the anchor link in the URL bar once the page has loaded. It only happens when the page is being loaded entirely.

Any help would be appreciated.
