    Hello Anders,

    there seems to be a problem with Anchor links since the last update to version 1.1.13. In the last two months this worked fine without any errors.

    In a glossary I placed Anchor links between the points to scroll up again. The target is the ID #post-inner. But the links don’t work as expected, they work exactly the opposite way. After clicking on the link, the page scrolls down by the height of the screen!

    I just noticed that not only does scrolling up not work, but all anchors links do not reach their intended destination.

    Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this behavior?

    Thank you!

    Hi @michael-luther,

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the latest update. Could you post a link to the page where you’re encountering the issue? I haven’t been able to recreate it in testing.

    @anlino I can confirm that the mobile anchor links have been fixed introducing though a regression on the desktop view navigation.
    The very first click on any anchor link works, see here: anchore-links-menu-test-site
    Consequentially all the other internal links are all leading to the bottom of the page.
    Tested on Chrome, Firefox and Brave (latest versions to date)

    Thank you!

    Same issue for me : Top of page link (#site-header) add in footer menu don’t work since 1.1.13 ; same for the links and anchors generate by Easy footnotes plugin (all leading to the bottom of the page).

    @giorgio25b @elhyaban Oh, now I see it. Give 1.1.14 a try when it’s live (should be within the hour) and let me know if that fixes the issue.

    Thanks so much @anlino : proactive and on top of your business as usual.
    The issue is RESOLVED on my end!

    and BTW, good catch on the JS details:

    // Determine offset
    // var originalOffset = $target.offset().top + $win.scrollTop();
    var originalOffset = $target.offset().top;

    Cheers

    Now everything is back to normal for me too. Thank you @anlino for your responsiveness.
