Anchor Menus not working

Hello,

It seems that links to anchor menus do not work with your plugin…

I typically hide the primary menu and use your plugin for mobile devices. I’ve done 2 to 3 dozen sites so I a not a newbie. When I deactivate your plugin and use the primary default menu the anchor likes are working fine.

I’ve tried changing themes, I’ve deactivated all plugins but this one. The only thing that seems to be causing this issue is the plugin.

Any advice?
