Anchor of the sections on Frontpage?

You can add anchors in Portum by going to Appearance > Customize > Epsilon Page Builder > opening a section > and at the bottom you will see Section ID > add there a name > save.
For example: https://gyazo.com/d2b473a6d5c6d4e37e837d19907ec7b7

And then go to Appearance > Menus > create a custom link > by adding in the URL field only the section ID, #video (from my example above).

After this, it will work.

I have seen them in services, pricing and google maps, but there‘s no section ID for blog posts and contact.

Any hints for these sections?

You are correct, those 2 sections do not seem to have them.
I have opened a ticket for our dev team to add them to those sections as well.

I found a workaround hehe. Title/Subtitle/Description are fields in the customizer that accept html-coding. So I could set an anchor like this:

Field “Subtitle” of “Contact Section”
<h3 id=”contact”>Contact me</h3>. I could then link to this section from a menu.

Hello, have the same problem, but I want to jump to Contact section by pressing the button on the top of the page.

So…
1)to the field “Subtitle” of “Contact section” I writed:<h3 id=”contact”>Contact me</h3>
2)what shloud I write to field “Primary Button URL” to start it work ?

You set an ID in the subtitle (id=”contact”) and that’s the anchor you need for your URL in a menu or the button-fields. The # is in front of your anchor name. Like this you can use all sections where the “Section ID”-field is missing or to link from a page to any section.

In your case: Use your domain-URL and add /#contact
Example: https://www.youdomain.com/#contact

can you provide a screenshot of what you filled in on the Backend (Customizer) in the Contact Section and a screenshot what you typed in for the button?

It’s not enought to just fill in the anchor for the button url. You need to use the whole address that leads to your contact section. Means…

https://www.youdomain.com/#contact is an example. You have to replace “youdomain” with your domainname… so if you have https://thebestwebsiteever.com the url for the button would be https://thebestwebsiteever.com/#contact

Copy the url of your starting page (where the contact sheet is on it) and add /#contact

Thnks for the printscreen. You use the wrong apostrophe to enclose “contact”.

The apostrophes need to look like this:
<h3 id="contact">Kontaktujte mě</h3>
