Anchor point not showing front and centre of screen after hitting menu link (wit

Hi folks

I have developed this site and aside from me needing a footer and some media collateral it is a basic, and basically completed, site.

I have managed to get the menu links to anchors on this single page site working well with a fixed header, but except for the first page the anchored link does not rise to the top of the screen (albeit still beneath the fixed header). In fact the third link across does not show on the screen at all – it just doesn’t scroll up enough.

Is there a small code snippet I need to force these anchors to rise to be at the front and centre of the screen please so that the section block is immediately under the fixed header?
