Anchor popup box use “name” instead of “id”

  • I have several sites running wordpress. On some sites, when I am editing a post and wish to insert an anchor, I click the anchor button and a popup asks me to enter the “Name”. On other sites, the popup asks for the “Id”. Why is this? I want it to ask for the name every time. All sites are running the latest wordpress and latest version of the plugin.
