Anchor scrool to top header

Im trying to put a arrow in the end of the content and would like to link it to the top header.
The only way i found was this https://docs.elementor.com/article/422-how-to-add-a-back-to-top-button-using-elementor

but this doesnt show the header as it will bring up to the beggin of the section and not to the site header.

Is there a way to do it?
