Hi – Thanks for this very useful plugin!

Is there a way to limit the number of times a keyword is used. ie if a site is themed around dogs and one of the anchor texts is dog walking, can this be reflected only once as this would feature on several pages?

    Hi @petroc

thanks for your awesome feedback. You are welcome to leave us your rating – that would help us a lot ??

I’m not sure if I got your question right.

If you want an internal link to be set only once per page, we offer you a configuration option.
Read more here: https://internallinkjuicer.com/docs/link-countings/ (in the paragraph “Maximum frequency of how often a post gets linked within another one”).
In your case, setting the option to “1”, a target will only get linked one time within that post.

Could this answer your question? If not, please leave me a small example of what you want to achieve. We will surely find a solution for you ??

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

I want one anchor text keyword to be “linked” only once throughout the ENTIRE website.

At the moment I have a keyword linked 21 times because it appears on 21 different pages throughout the website.

    I’m afraid that’s not possible.

Originally, the plugin was not created for this kind of use. The main principle is to link whenever a configured keyword occurs on your website.

In this case I would recommend you to use a manual link.
