    thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry to hear your opinion.

    As you can see in the support thread we have answered the previous questions for the same ticket with the Avatar name of “Reporter”. Sorry, if you did not recognize this as coming from our team.

    We respond to all tickets usually within 24-48 hours during office hours, whether they are free-users or paying customers. Your post came in on Thursday night and we already answered in the thread on the same day that we are working on the issue. So we kindly ask you to give us at least 2-3 workdays to find a solution.
    The issue will be solved with the next update which is expected for tomorrow.
