‘And’ instead of a comma

  • I just inherited this site, so I’m new to all its plugins, including this one. At one point, were the author names separated by the word “and” instead of a comma? But more importantly, is there a way to change the comma to “and,” either through a setting or code?

    So from this: By Alexandra Lang, Alexis King

    to this: By Alexandra Lang and Alexis King

    Your plugin create a query which update author post count in database.This query mark as slow query in my setup. Do you have solution or optimise this query. Please help regarding this.
