AND search rather than OR search – possible?

Hi,

I’m performing a search using Search Everything for ‘word1 word2 word3’ and my results are coming back so that every post that matches just one or more of my words is shown. It’s true that posts which match more than 1 word are ranked higher with those matching all 3 highest but is it possible to set search everything up so that only posts which match ALL of the words are shown in the results?
