This plugin is strange! Suddenly “Extract does not show up!” in mailings (another topic here some weeks ago with no fix), and now suddenly on ONE site, mails are not sent! Test mails (and test send of the newsletter itself) go through without problem, cron (wp) works perfectly, it shows that the newsletter cron does work every 5 minutes, no error nowhere, BUT mails are not sent. Counter remains at 0. We tested on a blank mailing, same thing. We ran the wp-cron.php by curl, then in a browser, same thing. We installed advanced cron manager, says that all is ok. In the plgin, ALL indicators are green BUT the “Action call” that is red. On other sites with the exact same config (wp and server side), action call is green. By the way if we send https://site.com/?na=test we do get the “ok” result.
We will NOT change the cron sending system as all works perfectly for other actions.

Well, we will now remove and reinstall this plugin once more, and it will be probably the last one if it continues to fail. By the way “removing” the plugin does not remove the lines in the options table, great, hey!
You see, frankly, I understand that free plugins have no support, but I imagine a car dealer GIVING a car that crashes on regular basis, and doesn’t try to fix the problems that are reported! What do you think?
    Have a good day!

Hi, you should try to change the log level on Newsletter main settings to “debug”, so some log files are generated and, if the cron is working correctly, you should see on main-xxx.txt log the sending process tracked down.

Of course, if in a single site it is not working but on other sites is working, there is something specific in that site. A look at the server error logs can help, as well.

Let us know what you find in the logs.

    Thank you.

PS: car dealers do not give free cars and free support ??
