    Please give us more details to understand what happened:

    • Did you use this plugin on a fresh installed website?
    • Did you hide the WordPress Common Paths including PHP extensions?
    • Did you activate the Firewall 7G from Hide My WP Ghost?
    • Did you activate the Brute Force Protection?
    • Did you check the Events Log to see what happened?

    Note! If your website had already a virus, Hide My WP Ghost can’t protect your website anymore.

    Also, you can use Hide My WP Ghost together with Wordfence or iThemes Security for daily virus scans.
