    Dear team, I’m here for asking some question about the DNS Records.
    I just asked my provider to change the DNS record with Mail Poet records, and I try to verify the DNS on my wordpress website. Yesterday there were 4 errors on all lines, today the last one (TXT line) give me this error
    TXT: v=DMARC1; p=none;
    NO RECORD FOUND.

    I don’t know how to check the DNS externally, and I don’t know if I have to wait more time after the DNS Record changes, but my question is if it’s possible by your side to check if everything’s fine.

    Let me know if you need more informations.
    Best.

    Dear Team,
    I correctly set the DNS record to my provider, and they correctly working checking on whatsmydns.net, so

    The records have been inserted and correctly propagated but the verification fails as it appears that the records are not seen.
    Could you please help me to check this issue?

    Best,
    Andy

    Hi @andreacentaro, I’ve checked the DNS record for your domain, and there is V instead of v (upper vs. lower case). It’s an important detail, which is causing MailPoet servers not to be able to verify the record. Once you change it from V=DMARC1; p=none; to v=DMARC1; p=none; it should correctly authenticate.

    Also thank you for reporting it. We’ll also update our systems to show the error instead of telling you “No record found.”
