The app is for wordpress.com you should check with them. You are currently on www.ads-software.com which is for self hosting WordPress sites.

Have you noticed my edit, where I have written above:
“because the website of the app on google play is https://android.www.ads-software.com/ that redirects me to https://www.ads-software.com/mobile/ ”

Isn’t it funny enough that they write “.org” and not not “.com” in their google play page? Shouldn’t someone ask them to correct that public info if it is wrong?

Yep, that is the support email suggested in wordpress.com.

Please note that www.ads-software.com only support items in it repository. Most people here who offer advice and solutions do it on a voluntary basis. You are always free to look through the plugin, theme, and pattern repository for your product. If it has a download it should also have a link for a support forum.

also note that automattic.com owns and operators wordpress.com. www.ads-software.com is opensource and not owned by automattic. It’s possible to create mobile apps for wordpress but it outside the scope of this forum.

You can see yourself that already in the past it happened that people fixed bugs in www.ads-software.com repository which affected an issue in the android mobile app and was – quoted – “only observed when posting a post from using a latest WordPress Android App“: for example see

The problems is that unlike php, webapps need to be compiled and use different programming schema then used by WordPress themes and plugins. Currently wordpress itself uses php, css, and react library for the blocks. The php and css can be easly modified because are simply text and not a compiled programs. Phone apps are generally written in java and objective c. Both of which required the code to be compiled. There are other ways to produce them using frame works like flutter,nodes native, and iconic frame work. But, they too have to be compiled before use. Compiled code can not be read and interpreted like php and javascript. Also,the app itself has to authentication though wordpress.com. This is because Automattic, Inc owns the app and uses wordpress.com to grant authentication to the app. Your best bet is to find someone at automattic that knows and understands the app.
