[Android] Cant scroll touching the map

Hi.
A problem occurs on Android phones. When you tap over the map to scroll the site nothing happens. If taps outside the map the scroll occurs. In IPhone this problem does not happen, the scroll occurs normally over or outside. It would be a problem of SVG x Android phones or with the plugin?
