Android full screen

Fullscreen isn’t working properly using “chrome” or “internet” apps on an Android 4.1.2 and 4.2 devices (i tried galaxy note 2, galaxy 4 and htc one). It attempts to make the video larger, but it does so in an ugly way where the video goes off the screen and its still in the browser window. It doesn’t use the system’s full screen.
