Animate the logo

hi ,
I am creating a wordpress site, https://sh003.global.temp.domains/~tharavad/ which will be a replica of the site build on asp https://tharavad.co.in/.

I want to create the same animation with the logo where in the logo keeps moving down .How do I achieve this on oceanWP theme with elementor page builder.
