animate.css slow loading

Hello.
I have installed Animate It! plugin and when I’m opening my site for the first time (with empty cache), it’s loading cca. 25 seconds because animate.css which is loading 15 seconds. Any other opening of page (when is in cache) is normally loaded (cca. 1 or 2 seconds).
Is there any fix for that?

P.S. I have same problem with one other plugin that is not yours.
