Animated background not working on Mobile and Tablet

    Hi,
    I have created one page with ready made template name “Digital Marketing Consulting”. Its attractive theme with video background. I am satisfied with whatever editing I have done, but the main problem is this theme background is only displaying on the Desktop and not on Mobile and Tablets. One mobile and tablets its showing as black background.

    Please help me resolve this. I am not a web designer and I dont understand coding or css.
