Animated Counter layout not working in mobile view anymore?

  • Hi there,
    All of a sudden I have noticed that the animated counter section of my home page is not displaying properly on mobile view.
    I have 4 counters set up horizontally on the desktop version which looks fine. It used to look fine on mobile too – but now the background image is only below the first of the animated counters and the others appear on white and don’t work on a white background.
    I think in the past the background image just used to be more extended vertically on the mobile view.
    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

    Hi Barsha,

    Well That didn’t work and now my mobile home page is an even hotter mess.

    UPDATE:
    Ok. I refreshed my home page and it’s not that bad – but as stated before the animated counter is still not working on mobile. But it had never been a problem previously.

    We have tried on our local setup and could replicate the issue on our end. Developers are working on the issue. Once it is fixed, I will let you know from my end.

    Hi Barsha,

    Did you ever figure this out? I know the counter used to work on mobile view. If we can;t find a solution I will just have to remove the counter from my page – but it looks nice on the computer – just not on mobile view on the phone.

    The issue related to animated counter on the mobile devices comes from the theme and it has already been assigned to our developer team. Due to some high priority task, we have not been able to release the update with the fix. Once it gets done, I will let you know so that you can update the theme to the latest version with the issue fixed.
