Animated Countup after scroll to point on page

    I was looking to add a feature to my site and I can’t find a good plugin to do it. I’m thinking I am not using the right search terms. I have several goals I’m trying to reach and I want people to see where I am on those goals. I have this information about 3/4 of the way down the page. I was hoping to find a plugin that would animate those numbers so they count up to the final value and have it start when the scroll down to that point on the page. I don’t want the animation to start until they scroll down so if they are reading the text above they won’t miss the animation.

    Does anyone know of a plugin that does something like this?
