Animated Gif not showing in posts

I am having a problem with my animated gifs showing in post. I am using the original size “full size” and at one time I was able to see it in my post when viewing in Google Chrome on a PC. But cannot see it in Safari, Firefox or IE.

I have looked through all of the forums and see that others have the same problem, they just don’t say what resolved their issue. Can anyone provide help?
