Animation dont start.

    please some help. im using the free plan, install the WordPress plugin, import the media proyecto to WordPress, but the animation dont showing up, please help me!, I try to contact you via email and messenger.

    Maybe I cant used a free plan for this?.

    Dear @symbiocreativo,

    We are looking into the given issue to understand why the tag is not replaced as supposed in this case.

    Meanwhile, You can re-export your SVG using CSS animators & replace the current one on your page to make it work.

    The given animation works well with your free plan as well; we suspect the issue is due to a conflict with another plugin of yours. Could you please let us know what other plugins are you currently using?
