Animation is not showing

    There is no js error and I tried to deactivate all plugins, the html preview and backend preview works. I have copied the short code, the div appears on inspection, but the animation is not visible? What else could I do?

    Do you still need help with this? I don’t see the wpbodymovin div at this point in your page.

    If you want, add it to a blank test page, and let me know so i can take a look.

    @develoved I think I could have the same issue, the animation doesn’t start, even in the preview, and there is a strage error: I can see the shortcode only when I create the animation, but when I just public for the first time, it disappears. The json file is 376Kb, so I don’t think is too big, and the demo file works perfectly. Just another thing: when I insert the animation in a page, the load become slow (a lot).

    Update: the debugger shows that there are lot of errors in the Lottie.min.js file.

    Hi, I have the same problem. Unable to see the animation in the preview. On the page it doesn’t work either.

    When I export in demo version, nothing happens either. Nothing is displayed in the.html file

    Any ideas?
