Animation problem

  • Latest wordpress version, latest Divi version. Popups version is 3.0.3 (can’t find the updates)

    When adding animation to several images within the popup, only the first image animates. The rest won’t even start to animate so they’re not shown, seen as blanks on the page.

    It seems like you are using an outdated version of the plugin. Since, the auto updates are still an issue which the team is working on. Meanwhile, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.

    Of course, if you can wait a few days, you can also update the plugin once we’ve addressed the issue with our update server.
