Announcement: Development of Post Snippets is on hold

    I’m attached to a development project, on another platform than WordPress, which currently occupies all of my available time, and have done so for a while. As it stands now, I will not have the necessary time to keep maintaining Post Snippets. Or keep up with WordPress development.

    This might change at some point in time, but the current status is that I won’t be able to complete any new updates in the foreseeable future.

    If something breaks in Post Snippets as WordPress moves forwards, I will happily accept pull requests with fixes, and release them as new Post Snippets versions.

    Any progress on your side in contributing to this plugin?

    It would be really cool to add a group feature as well as a tag feature in order to organize the snippets and a general sorting feature.

    An additional feature could be that the full content of a snippet is inserted as an opton to choose from in addition to the option of inserting of a shortcode.
