Hi, we do our best to provide support for everyone but sometimes we can’t unfortunately. The last week was short staffed because of the Christmas and New Year celebration.

For future references, would you mind publishing your problems in the Customizr theme forum ?
You’ve published your issue in a general forum for which we don’t get notify as theme author. That’s why you did not get help until I saw you review…
