• It’s absolutely ridiculous that the key is constantly expiring, despite the fact that I paid for this service. Every couple of weeks I go through this, with the popup in my backend telling me to click to verify the key, and then I have to reinput the key back in on every site!
    This is about as annoying as my reviewers said that the popup was in general on the site. Plus, instructions are confusing, and basic functions that should be available is always some new feature that you have to keep paying for. It is totally annoying, and I don’t think I’m going to stay with this app or company.
    Tech support is limited in their communication and seemingly in their understanding; perhaps due to language or cultural differences, but it’s not translating well, and does not compute. Overall, I’m not happy with this app and I’m sorry I wasted my money on it.
